About the processing time, shipping and delivery time
1. We need 1-2 days to process your order (expect big holidays, like New years Day).
2. If shipped from overseas warehouse, usually 5-8 days to receive the package. If shipping from China, about 10-20 working days, or maybe longer.
3. Please pay attention to the tracking information and the delivery information. Wish you will not open a dispute when you still not get the parcel, contact us please. We will try our best to help you to solve it.
About the inventory
1. Because the item is sent from the warehouse abroad, the real inventory cannot always update in time. That means sometimes the product you ordered is already out of stock.

Perfect, it holds my 4 kg cat very well, he jumps on it and it's very sturdy. Useful for cats like mine that always need to be with you when you're doing things. Finally, he's free to do his own thing. By the way, the price is great and it arrived in just a few days. The cushion can be removed and washed if needed.

3 days to arrive. dhl. big enough for my cat. not sure yet if cat likes it. plank covers in fluffy fabric. sides are like with chairs, wires, foam, fluffy fabric over it. pole and feet are heavy and seem quite sturdy. looking forward to cat using it, hopefully. not sure how long all lasts but promising.

Great quality for the price, the metal support is extremely solid. took about a day for my 3 month kitten to jump in, but he loves it. i like the inclusion of the double sided cushion, my kitten prefers the more coarse side. this will definitely accommodate medium to largish cats, but bigger cats will definitely not fit all the way. shipping was quick, easy to put together. can't recommend it enough.

The construction is very sturdy. i’m pleasantly surprised by the quality. it’s beautiful. the only thing i can point out is that the cat bed rotates, and my cats jump from it onto the wardrobe. so whenever they push off, it turns, but that’s just a minor detail.
